My experience has been great due to many factors. My rep. Kymberly Gale is the reason that I submit loans to Cardinal as she is very knowledgeable about the process of submitting the loans and her products. Disclosures go out immediately once the loan is submitted. Underwriting is very fast and the underwriters respond promptly to questions. Inside reps have been very helpful and funding is smooth!

There are a number of things that make working with Cardinal Financial and their team a great experience for me (mortgage broker), my operations staff, my clients, and all other partners involved in the process. Right from the start, I was impressed with the ease of their systems and their seamless disclosure process. Their support staff and underwriters are prompt and very helpful throughout the process which helps eliminate unnecessary delays. Great job to all!
